Chinh E. Chu, Chairman of the Board

Chinh E. Chu serves as the Chairman of our board of directors. Mr. Chu is the Founder and Senior Managing Director of CC Capital and has over 25 years of investment and acquisition experience. At CC Capital, Mr. Chu spearheaded the creation of 5 SPACS since 2016 and led CC Capital’s take private of Dun & Bradstreet and Wilshire Associates in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Prior to founding CC Capital, Mr. Chu was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, where he served as Co-Chair of Blackstone’s Private Equity Executive Committee, as a member of the Investment Committee and on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Chu previously served on the Board of Directors of Catalent, Kronos, SunGard Data Systems, Freescale Semiconductor, Biomet, Alliant, Celanese Corporation, Nalco, Nycomed, Alliant Insurance Services, the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE), Graham Packaging, and AlliedBarton Security Services. Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Buffalo.

Keith Abell

Mr. Abell currently serves on the board of directors of CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III (NYSE: PRPC), a NYSE-listed blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a business combination with one or more businesses. In 2010, Mr. Abell co-founded Sungate Properties, LLC, a real estate investment company, after managing private investments from 2007 to 2009. From 1994 to 2007, Mr. Abell was a co-founder of, and served in a variety of senior management roles at, GSC Group (and its predecessor, Greenwich Street Capital Partners, L.P.). Prior to that, Mr. Abell was a Managing Director at Blackstone where he, among other things, founded the firm’s first Hong Kong office. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Abell served as a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked in the global finance, and M&A departments. Mr. Abell serves as the treasurer and a director of the National Committee on United States-China Relations. Mr. Abell formerly served as a director of numerous public, private, and non-profit organizations.

Dr. Stephen C. Daffron

Dr. Daffron is a Co-Founder and Industry Partner at Motive Partners since 2016, a specialist private equity firm focused on financial technology businesses. He currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BetaNXT, a Motive Partners portfolio company and an industry-leading provider of wealth management technology and outsourcing solutions. Dr. Daffron also recently served as the President of Dun & Bradstreet, a position he held from 2019 to 2021, also a Motive Partners portfolio company. Dr. Daffron has served on the Board of Motive Capital Corp II since 2021. Prior to joining Motive Partners, Dr. Daffron served from 2013 to 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Data. Prior to Interactive Data, Dr. Daffron was the Global Head of Technology, Operations, and Data at Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2013. Before returning to the sell-side, Dr. Daffron was Chief Operating Officer at Renaissance Technologies. Prior to this, Dr. Daffron worked for Goldman Sachs from 1993 to 2003, where he initiated the re-engineering of operations and technology functions across payments, derivative processing, credit risk/collateral control, and investment management. Dr. Daffron earned a B.S. from the United States Military Academy, and an MBA, MA, M.Ph. and Ph.D. from Yale.

Martin Fichtner

Mr. Martin Fichtner joined Temasek in May 2019 and is currently Managing Director, TMT for Temasek International (USA) LLC. Before joining Temasek, Martin had over 16 years of investing experience across the broad technology landscape. Most recently, Mr. Fichtner was at technology private equity firm Silver Lake, where he was Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk, a fund focused on technology-enabled growth businesses. Earlier, Martin was a Principal and founding member of Elevation Partners, a private equity firm focused on online, media, and consumer-related technology sectors. Prior to becoming a private equity investor, Mr. Fichtner was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Economic Systems & Operations Research, both from Stanford University.

Eva F. Harris

Ms. Harris most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Duck Creek Technologies (NASDAQ: DCT), a leading SaaS software company serving the P&C insurance industry, where she spearheaded development and execution of corporate strategy. Previously, Ms. Harris was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ: VRSK), a data analytics and risk assessment firm. Prior to joining Verisk Analytics in 2009, Ms. Harris was a Managing Director in telecom, media and technology investment banking at JP Morgan Chase & Co. (“JP Morgan”) (NYSE: JPM), where she was responsible for the marketing and information services practice. Ms. Harris' client base included companies providing data and analytics to a variety of industry verticals, such as consumer and media, financial services, insurance and automotive. At JP Morgan, Ms. Harris advised clients on equity and debt financing transactions, as well as significant sector acquisitions.

Ryan M. Hinkle

Mr. Hinkle has served as a member of the Board of Managers of e2open since March 2015. Mr. Hinkle is a Managing Director of Insight Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm where he has worked since 2003. Mr. Hinkle currently serves on the board of Pluralsight, Inc., an online technology skills platform, as well as numerous private companies. Mr. Hinkle holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

Timothy I. Maudlin

From January 1989 to December 2007, Mr. Maudlin served as the Managing General partner of Medical Innovation Partners, a venture capital firm. Mr. Maudlin also served as a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer of Venturi Group, LLC, an incubator and venture capital firm, from 1999 to October 2001. Mr. Maudlin currently serves on the boards of Pluralsight, Inc., an online technology skills platform, and Alteryx, Inc., an analytic process automation platform, as well as several private companies. Mr. Maudlin previously served on the boards of ExactTarget, Inc. from May 2008 to July 2013, MediaMind Technologies, Inc. from August 2008 to June 2011, Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from September 2006 to February 2013 and Web.com Group, Inc. from February 2002 to October 2018. Mr. Maudlin holds a Masters in Management degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. Olaf College, and is trained as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Deep Shah

Mr. Deep Shah is a Co-President with Francisco Partners and is Co-Head of the firm’s European investing. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2003, Mr. Shah worked at Morgan Stanley in London in both their Mergers and Acquisitions group and their Princes Gate Investors private equity fund, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of transactions in a variety of industries, including information technology. He previously served on the board of Attenti, Click Software, C-MAC MicroTechnology, eFront, Ex Libris, Lumata, Masternaut, Metaswitch Networks, NexTraq, Operative, Paysafe, Prometheus Group, and SmartFocus. Mr. Shah holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge (UK) with First Class Honors.

Michael A. Farlekas

Michael A. Farlekas, serves as Chief Executive Officer of e2open, having served in this role since May 2015. Mr. Farlekas has also been a member of the Board of Managers of e2open since August 2015. Prior to joining e2open, Mr. Farlekas served as Vice President and General Manager of Roadnet Technologies (now known as Omnitracs) from 2012 through 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Farlekas spent 11 years at RedPrairie (now known as Blue Yonder Software) in various roles including Senior Vice President and General Manager, Industrial Business Unit and Vice President, Industrial Sales. Previously, Mr. Farlekas held leadership roles at GATX Terminal Corp. (now Kinder Morgan) and, before that, CSX Transportation. Mr. Farlekas holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
